We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.

Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or weather conditions.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Please follow all candle safety instructions. Keep burning candles attended, away from drafts, and out of reach of children and pets.
